Stephen Perry, from Minnesota, and guide Pete Keane had an excellent 4 day trip to climb the awesome North Ridge of Forbidden Peak in the North Cascades National Park. This climb encompassed all the classic elements of mountaineering including glacier travel, steep snow, and 5th class rock climbing. Here is Stephen topping out on the 600 foot ice face leading to the North Ridge. Behind him is Eldorado Peak. We hope to offer trips to this exciting region in 2008!
